If you’re struggling, find help from our social services department.
Hancock Health’s social services department offers a number of financial assistance applications and programs for patients who may be struggling with addiction, mental health issues, or even struggling to afford care. We’ve collected many of those resources here, but we encourage you to email us with any questions.
Financial Applications
You can apply through social services or patient financial services to make arrangements for payment or to be considered for bill reduction. Here are some programs that can help:

- Women Helping Women: The Hancock Regional Hospital Foundation supports free mammograms for women without insurance when ordered by a physician. To apply, call the Andis Women’s Clinic at (317) 468-4641.
- HHW Medicaid: Our social services department is a Hoosier Healthwise outpost and can enroll children up to age 19 and pregnant women in HHW.
